The object of the company shall include:
1-All commercial and /or industrial activities including import and export.
2-consulting, design, management, operation and optimization of Internet infrastructure and
services such as Internet domain name registries and registrars, Internet service providers (ISP),
Internet Exchange Points (IXP), and community networks;
3-consulting, design, management, operation and optimization of ICT infrastructure and services
such as data-centers, cloud services, and integrated campus and remote communication
infrastructure;
4. Consulting in Internet governance, open data governance, information and communication
technologies governance, and the intersection of Internet policy, technology, data, and
socioeconomic development;
5- The company shall also have the right to participate in whatever form in any other business of
whatever kind or nature, which is directly or indirectly in connection with the object of the
company and would contribute to its growth in Lebanon or abroad.
6- In general, the company shall have the right to carry out all legal, financial and commercial
activities related to its object, generating thereof or complementing thereto and holding
commercial representation rights within the scope of this object.
The company shall further have the right to acquire or merge with another company having
similar object, or to own any establishment serving as a platform for similar activities. And the
company shall have the right to participate in public and private bids, and carry out projects of all
sorts.
